Fees and payment
Products may be offered through subscriptions, usage-based plans, one-time purchases, enterprise agreements, or free access. Pricing and billing terms are displayed before a customer makes a purchase.

Subscriptions and renewals
Subscription terms, renewal dates, and pricing will be presented during purchase. Unless stated otherwise during purchase, subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Cancellation
Customers may cancel subscriptions according to the cancellation terms shown during purchase and in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Founderly's confirmed Delaware corporate status, without fabricating any unconfirmed physical office location.
