These Terms of Service govern access to websites and software products operated by Founderly, Inc.. By using a Founderly product, you agree to these terms.

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable law to use Founderly products.

Founderly develops and operates digital software products, including AI-powered applications, productivity tools, developer tools, and business software.

Some products may require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for activity that occurs under your account.

You may not misuse Founderly products, interfere with their operation, violate law, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, or use the services to distribute harmful or abusive content.

Founderly and its licensors retain all rights in the websites, software, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and technology that make up Founderly products.

You retain ownership of content you submit to a Founderly product. You grant Founderly the rights needed to process that content to provide, secure, and improve the applicable product.

Founderly products may interoperate with third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Products may be offered through subscriptions, usage-based plans, one-time purchases, enterprise agreements, or free access. Pricing and billing terms are displayed before a customer makes a purchase.

Subscription terms, renewal dates, and pricing will be presented during purchase. Unless stated otherwise during purchase, subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Customers may cancel subscriptions according to the cancellation terms shown during purchase and in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Refund requests are handled according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy unless product-specific terms state otherwise before purchase.

Founderly may modify, suspend, or discontinue products or features, while taking reasonable steps to communicate material changes that affect paying customers.

Beta or experimental features may be incomplete, change without notice, or operate with additional limitations.

Founderly products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Founderly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify Founderly from claims arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Founderly may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the services, users, legal compliance, or business operations.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Founderly's confirmed Delaware corporate status, without fabricating any unconfirmed physical office location.

Founderly may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted with a revised last updated date.
